Dear AORA Member

• We are excited to offer you free access in using the mobile app developed for you – AORA4U.
• AORA4U Version 1 for Android is ready and has been published on Google Play Store.
• The app has a planner, logbook, educational resource built into it.

It presently includes all functionalities except the following which we will add in the next release within a period of a month:

• Post-operative checklists and record for complications
• Logbook reporting functionality
• Incorporate Local storage of historic logs for 90 days
• Apple iPhone version

Here are the steps to be followed by users to install and use AORA4U:

• Open Google Playstore on your Android Phone and search for AORA4U. Click on Install button to install the application.
• Open the AORA application. The Application would show a Login screen during first time invocation. Users will need Email ID registered with AORA India and password provided by AORA India to login. No features can be used without a login.
• If you do not remember the password assigned to you by AORA India, you can type in your Email registered with AORA (email to which this mail has been sent) and click on "Email my password" link. The password will be sent to that email (kindly check your spam/junk folder too).
• During the first time login, you will be required to Accept Terms and Conditions. Click on "View Terms and Conditions" to view the same. To accept Terms and Conditions click on the checkbox before hitting the Login button.
• Once successfully logged in, you must edit your profile (click on the left three-line menu button or swipe in from left edge to bring in the Drawer Menu containing Edit Profile link). Add the Hospitals in which you perform RA Procedures and "Save". This is required to book appointments and create logs.
• Now you are ready to Book all your upcoming RA Appointments. Click on the Calendar button (2nd from left) and click on the "+" button to book appointments. Some minimal details like date, time, hospital and surgery details are required to book an appointment.
• Once a procedure is completed, you can complete the RA Block details by selecting your appointment that you saved earlier. You can see your appointments under the "Log" tab, last tab on the right and click on the same to record professional details related to the RA Procedure.
